Introduction to Workboxes
Workboxes are top-level containers in ScreenDragon designed to help you organize, store, and collaborate on files and assets outside the scope of individual projects. While project-specific file sections allow for document management within a project, Workboxes provide a centralized space for broader collaboration across teams, departments, or clients.
With Workboxes, you can easily manage folders, track file versions, add annotations, and share documents internally and externally. Whether collecting creative assets, reviewing drafts, or storing reusable resources, the Workbox is a powerful tool for seamless file management and team collaboration.
This article will walk you through the key features of Workboxes and how to use them effectively.
