Reporting Overview

The Reports page serves as a centralized hub for accessing all reporting data within the system. It is designed to provide flexible and comprehensive reporting by allowing users to create custom reports that combine data across multiple tables within your instance (e.g., User Profile + Project Information).


Reports Homepage Sections

From the Reports homepage, you can access the following sections:

  • My Reports: View and access reports assigned or shared with you. Learn more →

  • My Queued Reports: Displays a list of your currently queued or active reports. Learn more →

  • Report Builder: Launch the tool to create custom reports by selecting fields from various data tables. Learn more →

  • Export Reports: Export any reports that you have access to. Learn more →

  • Resource Reports: Access all reports generated from the Resource Planner.

  • Timesheet Reports: View all Timesheet-specific reports. Learn more →

  • System Reports: View system-defined reports that are hard-coded per instance.

    Note: Please contact your site administrator for access to or customization of System Reports.

  • Scheduled Reports: Schedule reports to run regularly and automatically email them to specified recipients.


Running a Report

To run a report:

  1. Navigate to My Reports from the Reports homepage.
  2. Click on the name of the report you wish to run.
  3. Click Generate Preview to view the first 1,000 results.
  4. Click the Queue Report to generate the full report and send it to your registered email address.
