The Administrator Tools section comprises multiple administrative areas tailored to the system configuration and required functionalities. Access to these tools is governed by permissions set within the User Manager (refer to the Admin Access section for detailed information).
To Access the Administrator Tools
- Click Admin Tools (gear icon) at the Dashboard's top right corner. This action opens the Admin Tools window.
- Select the desired tool area from the list to proceed.
Below is a description of each available administrator area.
- Alert Manager: Configure alerts to be displayed to specific user groups upon login.
- Application Manager: Manage site applications and access permissions.
- Archive Manager: Set archiving and purging rules for all content types within the system.
- Attribute Management: Centralized management of metadata attributes used system-wide.
- Connection Manager: Build and configure connectors to integrate supported applications.
- Content Templates: Create and manage article templates for content creation.
- Currency Manager: Assign symbols to specific currencies.
- Dashboard Manager: Create and control access to custom dashboards across the site.
- Digest Manager: Schedule and automate the delivery of reports on a daily or weekly basis.
- Email Log Manager: Verify and review emails sent from the system.
- Email Manager: Manage system email templates and content.
- Export Permission Manager: Define export permissions applicable to reports and data exports across the site.
- Form Builder: Add, remove, and customize form fields; configure dependencies and form layouts.
- Form View Config: Manage form layout configurations (e.g., dropdown layouts) displayed in form lists.
- Holiday Manager: Block company holidays or special days from resource planning and task scheduling.
- Integration Management: Configure webhooks for system events and workflows, enabling integrations with supported applications.
- List Manager: Define the column structures used within form lists.
- Metrics: Access and review system performance and statistical reports.
- Notification Centre: Manage system notifications, including task and approval reminders.
- Previewer Manager: Create and update "Previewer Views," enabling the Previewer's toggling features and editing annotation labels.
- Project Permissions Manager: Control user permissions related to project creation and default access.
- Resource Manager: Manage roles, event types, and working hours within resource planning.
- Template Builder: Manage project template layouts and access advanced configuration options.
- Timesheet Manager: Oversee and manage timesheets.
