Project Options Drop-Down

When creating or updating a project, there are additional options available to users who have the appropriate access permission.


Options

  1. Submit as a New Project. This allows you to make changes or edits to an existing project and then submit it as an entirely new project. 
  2. Create a new Project Template. Select this to create a reusable template, ideal for standardizing highly repeatable processes. 


    Give the template a name and click Create.
  3. Project Clone. Choose this option to duplicate the project in its exact format, allowing for quick replication without starting from scratch.
  4. Delete this Project. Click this option to permanently remove the project from the system. 
  5. To exit the edit screen without saving changes, click the X.


Mandatory Information

Any mandatory information required by the template is marked with red asterisks.


Favorites

You can filter your projects using the Favorite option in the Project List View. 

Select Favorite from the drop-down options on the right side of the list view.


Then click the Filter and toggle My Favorites. Only projects marked as Favorite are left. 

These steps ensure a streamlined process for updating and managing your projects efficiently.
