Editing a booking in the Resource Planner after it has been created is crucial for maintaining efficiency and clarity within your projects. When you make adjustments, you enhance communication across the team and support effective campaign and project management.

Editing bookings can help you allocate and manage resources better, ensuring that personnel, equipment, and studio time are used optimally. This proactive approach helps avoid scheduling conflicts and overlaps,  leading to smoother operations and more successful project outcomes.

Editing an Existing Booking

  1. Navigate to the booking and click the Action menu (three dots.)

  2. Choose from the event options that appear in the menu.

  1. Edit a Booking: Click to open the Edit Booking dialogue box to update any booking details.

  2. View Details: Hover over the booking to display its full details so you don't have to open it.

  7. Delete Booking: Remove the booking from the system if it is no longer required.
