User roles in the Screendragon resource planner are crucial in streamlining project management and resource allocation.
The Resources appear on the left, allowing users to view all defined roles and assign tentative bookings. This helps visualize resource needs in the planner. This flexibility not only supports planning initiatives but also enables roles to be quickly assigned to specific individuals as project requirements evolve, enhancing overall efficiency and collaboration.
