- Configure Email DetailsOnce Prompt User is enabled, complete the following fields:
Open the Email Prompt Tab
In the Workflow Builder, click on the Email Prompt tab for the desired workflow step.
Enable the Email Prompt
Toggle Prompt User to On to activate email notifications for this step.
- When Off, no email will be prompted or sent when the workflow reaches this step.
- When On, the user will be prompted to send an email when this step is initiated.
Configure Email Details
Once Prompt User is enabled, complete the following fields:
- Default Send List: Select a predefined group of recipients from the dropdown menu (e.g., project owners, approvers, or specific user roles).
- Subject: Enter the email subject line. This should clearly describe the purpose of the message (e.g., Project Approval Required or Workflow Step Completed).
- Body: Compose the email message content. This can include key project details, instructions, or links to relevant forms or assets.
