2. Navigate to Tasks.
   
   

3. Click Smart Resourcing to view AI-driven recommendations.
   
   
   

4. The system evaluates skills, availability, and current workload and applies those evaluations to unassigned job roles.
   
   

5. Click Select to assign the top match suggestion.
   
   

6. Alternatively, choose from a list of suitable alternatives by clicking Reassign Resource to switch to a different assignee. 
   
   

7. Continue project planning with confidence, knowing resources are optimized.
