Summary
When working with Workflows, you may notice that multiple lists can appear under the filter options. Each list is tied to a Config Group and is managed within the Admin Tools. This article will guide you through the steps to identify precisely which list is being used in a Workflow.
To identify which list is being used in a Workflow:
Start in Application Manager to find the Config Group.
Use View Form Config to see the lists tied to that group.
Open List Manager to confirm the exact list and its column configuration.
This process ensures you can trace any Workflow list back to its source and verify how it is displayed.
Important Note:
Workflow lists are configured in the Workflow Config section within the Admin Tools. Each grouping is associated with a View Form Config, and every grouping can have its own list.
