Deleting a task in ScreenDrago­n helps maintain an organized and accurate project plan. It removes obsolete, incorrect, or unnecessary tasks that no longer contribute to the project's goals. This decluttering ensures the workflow remains clear, focused, and manageable, preventing confusion and saving time during project tracking and reporting. Additionally, deleting unnecessary tasks can help keep the project data clean and up-to-date, improving overall efficiency and collaboration.


Deleting a Task (Individual)

  1. Navigate to the task you want to delete and click the name.
  2. A dialogue box appears. Click Actions.
  3. Navigate to Delete Task
  4. Click Yes to delete. (This cannot be undone.)


Deleting Tasks (Bulk)

  1. Navigate to the task(s) you want to delete and click the selection box next to the task name. 
  2. Click Bulk Actions.
  3. Navigate to Delete Tasks. 
  4. Click Yes to confirm you want the task deleted. (This action cannot be undone.)
